We prefer that orders be placed at least 7-10 days prior to your arrival at your destination if shipping within the continental US, and 14 days prior for destinations outside of the continental US, including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. This gives us enough time to process the order, ship at the most affordable rate for you, and verify in advance of your departure that the package has arrived and is waiting for you. 

If you need a package sent to your travel destination via an Express method, the shipping charges will be much higher than regular ground, but we will not charge you a rush handling fee.   If we are unable to process an order on short notice we will let you know immediately.
