From the very first package we shipped, we have followed a set of procedures that gives our customers the security of knowing they have placed their business in the right hands. For every travel order we track the package to its destination. When we receive notification that the order has been delivered, we call the hotel and have someone visually confirm that it has arrived in good condition. We find out where they will store the package until the guests arrival and get instructions from then on how to retrieve it. Then we e-mail our customers a final time with that information.
Rest assured that your baby travel supplies will be waiting at your vacation destination when you arrive with your family. We’ve shipped baby products to thousands of hotels world wide and are familiar with many of their procedures so we can prevent issues before they happen.
If there is a unforseen delay in the shipping process, such as a weather delay, we will ship, at our expense, an overnight package to arrive in time for our customers arrival. We will not let a traveler arrive at their destination without their baby supplies. We have upheld that standard from the day we started business.
