We have been committed to high customer service standards since the day we started business.  We do not just ship your order - we confirm it. First, we track it to its destination. Then we call the hotel for visual confirmation that it has arrived in good condition. Lastly, we verify any special instructions you will need to claim the package, and send that information to you before you leave on your trip.

But our customer service does not stop there. If an issue arises with the courier that may delay the timely arrival of your package, we will over night another package at our expense. We take every precaution to ensure you never arrive without your baby supplies.
