Our shipping vendors are UPS and U.S. Postal Service. UPS requires a physical shipping and we are unable to ship orders via this methods to a P.O. Box numbers. If your order requires us to use U.S. Postal Service due to a P.O. Box, additional charges may apply. If your order is less than four pounds we may choose to use US Priority Mail to ship your package. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands can be shipped using Priorty Mail to save money. For all other international orders we REQUIRE use of UPS International.
We make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner. You can place your order 24 hours a day. We process orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. If you are traveling, we will time the shipping of your package with your arrival date so that it arrives at the hotel within 2-3 days of your arrival. We will send confirmation to you via email when your order has been received, shipped, and arrived at a travel destination.
If you order 3-4 weeks prior to traveling, we will contact you prior to shipping to see if changes need to be made in diaper sizes.
If you are shipping your order to a hotel, we will be tracking your package along the way to ensure it arrives before you do. If there is a delay in the shipping process we will work with the shipper to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, or we will overnight a package at our expense so you will not arrive at your destination without baby supplies waiting.
For all orders, the shipping charge is calculated by the weight of the total order. Shipping charges are subject to modification.
We make every effort to ensure the quality of our merchandise. All items are individually inspected to ensure that they are in perfect condition prior to shipment. JetSetBabies is not liable for orders lost or damaged in transit, but will work with you to collect from the shipper. All items are packaged with care to ensure safe shipping to you. If you require an exchange for any reason, simply send the items back to us. You are responsible for reshipment charges.
If you received the wrong item because of a mistake on our part, we will promptly correct our error at our expense. We verify the contents of all packages before they leave our warehouse, however, if a critical item such as food or formula missing from your travel package we will work to get you a replacement as quickly as possible. Depending on where you are staying, we will work with locals to try to get the error corrected in 1-2 hours.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please call us immediately and we will work with you to get a new packge out to you and collect on the missing or damaged items. If a package arrives damaged to a hotel, we usually know about before you have even left home and can have it replaced before you arrive.

Should the package arrive to your home deformed or damaged, please contact the carrier for a refund. Also, notify us promptly and we will work with you for a speedy resolution. The toll-free number for UPS is 800.PICK.UPS. |
