If you plan to have your order shipped to a hotel, motel, resort, etc., call ahead and confirm that they will accept a package on your behalf. Have them provide you with the appropriate street address for them to receive a UPS delivery. You will need to enter this information in the "Ship To" area of the order form. You must also complete the section that asks for your date of arrival. This is required so that we may time the delivery with your arrival at your destination. We will include the appropriate information on the shipping label so that the hotel holds the package until your arrival. In addition, make sure the name listed on your delivery address matches the name you use for your hotel reservations.

Since the day we opened our doors for business, our number one goal has been not to just deliver baby supplies - but to deliver the best customer service possible. With every package we have ever shipped, we confirm the delivery address, track the package, and call the hotel upon delivery and verify that the package arrived in good condition and find out where they are holding it. We then e-mail the customers with the hotel holding instructions. This process is not an inconvenience for us and in fact saves us time and gives our customers the utmost confidence in our process. We don't charge extra for this service - its what we do best and our customers are worth it.
If something should occur during the shipping process that looks like it will delay delivery of your package, we ship another package ahead to the hotel via Overnight Express at our expense so you will NOT arrive at a hotel without your baby supplies, and we have done this since DAY 1. We will continue to provide the customer service you deserve without attaching a separate fee for it.
We have staff on call during the night hours and weekends, so we will be available during your travels should you need us. |
